In 2006, Arizona voters passed a citizens' initiative that
funds quality early childhood development and health
called:

FIRST THINGS FIRST exists to improve the lives of
children from birth through age five in order to ensure
their readiness for school and to support their families
in preparing them for a lifetime of success and well-being.
The goal of CARD SOS is to help fullfill FTF's impact area of providing families with
information regarding child development and support.

Through FTF funding, you can now get CARD SOS Services to treat challenging behaviors for FREE
if you meet these requirements:

Child must be from birth to five years of age

Family is struggling with a child's behavioral or developmental problem

Multiple children within one family may apply

A diagnosis for treatment is not required

Family must reside in the Northeast Maricopa region communities of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley,
Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation
